Terms of delivery and return of products

Terms of delivery :

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form within the agreed geographical area. The risks are borne by the purchaser from the moment the products leave Equidiva's premises.
In the event of damage during transport, a justified protest must be made to the Post Office within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date without explanation from the supplier, the sales contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed. All orders are shipped by Colissimo. The tracking number is communicated by e-mail and/or at the time of posting.

Return conditions :

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it or refund it within 30 days. It is also possible to return products if they are not suitable for the horse. The product must be returned in "as new" condition, in its original packaging. The parcel must also contain the customer's full contact details (address, telephone number, e-mail address), as well as the reason for the return.

The parcel must be returned either to the company's address or to the logistician's address. Under no circumstances should parcels be returned to a relay point.

In the event of a damaged or stained return, equidiva reserves the right not to proceed with an exchange or refund and to return the product to the customer at the customer's expense.

For all returns, whatever the reason, only the 14-day cooling-off period will be tolerated and products must be returned in perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. All claims, requests for exchange or reimbursement must be made by e-mail to the address : [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date (date indicated on www.laposte.fr/outils/suivre-vos-envois). Reimbursements are only made by bank transfer within 30 days, upon provision of a bank details slip by the purchaser.

Premium mask size guide

Using a tape measure (or string, which you can measure later), go around your horse's head as shown in the photo:

XS - Shetland	84 cm
S - Pony	90 cm
M - Cob	94 cm
L - Full	100 cm
XL - XFull	110 cm

If your horse's head measurement is between 2 sizes, we recommend taking the nearest larger size.

Size guide - Equivizor masks (Light, Arso, Convalescence models)

For these masks, the main measurement is that of your horse's forehead. To do this, add up 3 measurements:

start at the outer corner of one eye and measure upwards at a slight angle to the middle of the forehead (measurement A),
continue along your horse's forehead (measure B),
finish the measurement by pointing the line slightly downwards to the outer corner of the other eye (measurement C). In this way, you measure the widest part of your horse's forehead.

Add these 3 measurements (A+B+C) to obtain the size of your horse's forehead.

IMPORTANT: do not measure directly from one eye to the other, as this will probably give a measurement that is too small.

If your horse is between two sizes, we advise you to take the smaller size.

Measure the distance between the center of the horse's eyes:

Size guide - eVysor glasses

The eVysor mask is available in one size. It is suitable for "cob" or "full" size horses. It may also fit larger ponies (D ponies).

Are you mistaken? An exchange is always possible, and we'll do it as quickly as possible, as long as you return the item, undamaged, within 14 days.
