These horse goggles are designed for working horses, and are particularly recommended to protect the eyes of horses suffering from uveitis, cataracts, corneal ulcers or any other form of photosensitivity. 100% UV protection. Also effective against headshaking or outdoor riding with a looking horse.

Technical equipment to protect your horse's eyes at work. Because it attenuates contrasts linked to brightness, especially outdoors, this protection also gives very good results on horses that look or react easily to light and shade, both in the arena and outdoors. It also provides effective protection against wind, dust and insects.
We do not recommend this protection for resting horses in pasture. However, it can be used when the horse is momentarily in the paddock, for a limited time and under supervision.

GermanyIch bin hellauf begeistert! Mein Pferd leidet seit ein paar Jahren an Headshaking. An reiten war in den Monaten April bis Ende September nicht mehr zu denken. Longieren, spazieren gehen nur mit Lichtschutzmaske und an bedeckten Tagen möglich. Aber reiten auch damit undenkbar. Zuerst war ich skeptisch, erstens wegen dem aussehen, ich dachte ich würde mich schämen die Brille aufzusetzen und zweitens hatte ich schon unmengen Geld in verschiedene Produkte investiert die alle keine oder bestenfalls kaum geholfen haben. Nun habe ich mich doch dazu durchgerungen es mit der Brille zu versuchen, als letzten Versuch sozusagen, bevor ich mein Pferd als Frührentner endgültig abstempel. Und man mag es kaum glauben, seit wir die Brille benutzen haben wir überhaupt kein Problem mehr mit Headshaking. Nicht beim longieren, nicht beim reiten auf dem Platz und nicht im Gelände! Es ist als hätte ich mein altes Pferd zurück! Anscheinend hängt sein Headshaking tatsächlich mit lichtempfindlichen Augen zusammen. Ansonsten läuft er gelassen und zufrieden wie vor seiner Erkrankung. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen es auszuprobieren! Das ist eine Investition die sich zu 1000% gelohnt hat. Hätte ich es nicht ausprobiert würde mein Pferd vermutlich seine letzten und nächsten 10 Jahre als Frührentner nur noch auf der Koppel stehen.

IMPORTANT: do not measure directly from one eye to the other, as this will probably give a measurement that is too small.
